Cloud 91 is a new venture, launched by a team of aviators with decades of experience in On-Demand Charter (FAA Part 135), Scheduled Air Carriers (Part 121), and General Aviation (Part 91). Our mission is to make private air travel more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable — by perfecting the process of dry leasing. Whether you own an aircraft, know someone who does, or want to start a new relationship, we're here to streamline everything.

As an owner of an aircraft, be it a single engine piston or large cabin business jet, taking steps to offset costs is an attractive option to consider. However, achieving the necessary certifications and regulatory compliance to safely and legally charter your asset is an arduous process. Not to mention, you don't know who's in your aircraft, or how they're treating it. We believe there's a better way, for you and your clients.

With a dry lease contract, both parties agree on an hourly rate and scheduling terms. Lessees find and compensate their own qualified crew, pay for fuel used, and cover all other fees. Owners continue to share use of the asset, and clients only pay when they fly. We'll make sure the operation remains compliant under the more relaxed Part 91 (GA) regulations, while avoiding accidental illegal charters. We'll maintain transparency and communication with your local FSDO (Flight Standards District Office) on your behalf, to satisfy the FAA throughout the entire process.
